“Building loyalty through connection and consistency”
This is the strategy behind our digital campaign for Sunroof Coffee. As an up-and-coming coffee shop in Athens, GA, competing with many other popular shops in the area, loyalty is key.
Our campaign is focused on “turning casual visitors into regulars by creating personal, emotional, and rewarding customer experiences.
Through a market analysis and a competitive evaluation, we created a digital campaign with the objectives of building deeper customer connections, launch a revamped hybrid loyalty program (to enhance the existing one), and strengthen their community and digital presence.
Loyalty Punchcards
We designed these digital punchcards to enhance Sunroofs current standing rewards program, some of the rewards being event perks and free drinks. We will use Loopy Loyalty to power insights, push promos, and for sign-up ease.
Instagram Campaign
In order to build off of their existing user base, I created a new strategy: a more cohesive and engaging user experience. As their current Instagram has inconsistent branding and messaging, I decided to create the concept of personality drinks (see examples below).
The idea behind this campaign is to target a more personalized demographic of customers. Each post would feature a different seasonal drink with a general description of who this drink is for. We want people to see these graphics and go “that’s me!”. Each graphic will maintain brand consistency while matching the personality of the drink.
