Our Plan: This marketing objective would be met through social media and out of home advertising. We also created an experiential “wild card” ad to be outside of the box thinkers like Misfits. A visual and comprehensive explanation of this idea can be viewed in the full draft book. Finally, we created a podcast script ad to be read by Miss Emma Chamberlain herself (our sustainable queen), also described in the full draft book!
What We Did: We were tasked with creating a campaign book for a client of our choosing to be developed over the course of the semester. Our process began with audience, market, and competitor research to shape strategic direction and messaging. From there, we crafted a creative brief that guided the campaign’s vision. The final phase brought that vision to life through the creation of campaign assets, all rooted in cohesive brand storytelling.
The Problem: Food waste is a global issue, with enormous amounts of edible food discarded each year. We wanted to create messaging that raised awareness and inspired action to reduce unnecessary waste.
Our Objective: We wanted audiences to know that Misfits Market is a front-runner in helping reduce the amount of food wasted each year through our campaign titled “Do Your Part With Your Cart”.
